Best ice cream in the region! The sundaes are excellent. Perfect summer dessert spot steps away from the lake. No inside eating, but adorable outside seating that looks like ice cream cones. Very quick service, lines move very quickly, reasonable pricing.

"I had an amazing experience with polite staff tonight at scoops! When you walk up you’re greeted by the (probably teenage) staff working there. Where I come from good service in younger workers is few and far between. But these guys, I was blown away. Super polite, kind, and warm. I wound up ordering and then realizing I didn’t have my card. They were very understanding and offered to put it in a freezer for me while I went and got my card a few minutes away. When I got back they rescooped the ice cream and made my shakes. Perfect service! They were just very friendly making conversation and just welcoming. Highly recommend. Kudos to whoever is running this joint. Your staff is top notch!"

Great ice cream place! Many selections and low-fat calorie consious options. The kids working there are very friendly. Plenty of outside seating and parking. Located across from a park along Canandaigua Lake, nice place to take a walk and enjoy your ice cream!

They have so many flavors to choose from. My favorite thing to get is the hot fudge brownie sundae!! They use little bites of brownie to make it easier to eat!! Yum!

My family and I love getting ice cream from Scoops! Great customer service and employees, not to mention they have such a wide variety of flavors!! If you’re in Canandaigua I definitely recommend stopping at their location along Lakeshore Drive or if you happen to be in Farmington they have a newer location on 332 connected to Flowers by Stella. Awesome place to go with family and friends!
